Welcoming its first guests on 18 January 2024, Conrad Orlando is part of the Evermore Orlando Resort.

IHG now uses dynamic pricing and thus award redemption mirrors the revenue rates closely. We did a quick search and it seems that 34,000 points per night is the lowest redemption rate we can find.
