Andaz Mexico City Condesa
Debuting in Mexico City on 18 January 2023, Andaz Mexico City Condesa is the first Andaz branded property in the city and the second in Mexico, after Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya.
Location
The property is located in the Condesa district, which is known for its restaurant scene with lots of great dining options within easy reach. Despite not being in the heart of the city, the hotel is relatively close to several of the city’s attractions, with Castillo de Chapultepec, Museo de Arte Moderno, and El Ángel de la Independencia all within a fifteen minutes drive away.
The closest metro station is Chilpancingo station which is a five-minute walk away.

Andaz Mexico City Condesa has two dining outlets. Cabuya Rooftop is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant and serves Mexican cuisine. Derba Matcha Café is a matcha bar that offers tea and other caffeinated beverages.
The property has a rooftop pool, a 24 hr fitness centre, and a spa.

Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo – Panama City
Housed in the former site of Union Club of Panama, Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo – Panama City opened on 19 January 2023. The hotel is the sixth property that is under the Sofitel Legend brand globally, all of which are landmark properties in culturally rich locations.
Location
The hotel is situated at Casco Viejo, the city’s historic district that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Several attractions are within walking distance of the property, and these include Plaza de Francia, Monumento al canal de Panama, Museo del Canal Interoceánico de Panamá, and Catedral Basílica Metropolitana Santa María La Antigua.
The closest airport to the hotel is Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY) which is about thirty minutes by car.

Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo – Panama City has three restaurants and two bars. Caleta is the hotel’s main restaurant that features traditional Panamanian cuisine. Ammi is a sky bar that serves brick oven pizza and drinks. Café Vera is a gourmet coffee shop while Mayda and Pool Bar are the property’s bars at the lobby and pool respectively.
The hotel’s facilities include an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, and a spa.

Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach
Welcoming its first guests on 16 January 2023, Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach marks the debut of the Andaz brand in Thailand.
Location
Set in the suburb of the seaside resort town of Pattaya, the beachfront resort offers the opportunity to engage in watersports. For guests who are not into water activities, the property is near several attractions, and these include Pattaya Dolphin World, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, and Bang Saray Fishing Village.
U-Tapao–Rayong–Pattaya International Airport (UTP) is the nearest airport to the resort and is a thirty-minute drive away while Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is a one hour and thirty-minute drive away.

There is a 24-hour fitness center, three outdoor pools, a kids club, an Onsen, and a spa on the resort’s premises.
