Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis
Opened on 1 June 2022, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is the only five-star hotel in the city. The property is housed between the 23rd to 30th floor of a mixed-use 36-storey tower that includes 34 fully-serviced Four Seasons Private Residences as part of the development.
Location
The hotel is located on Hennepin Avenue, a major street in the central business district of downtown Minneapolis. Hennepin Avenue is known for its bars and music venues and serves as the city’s entertainment district. Attractions such as Guthrie Theater, Mill City Museum, Foshay Tower, and Nicollet Mall are within walking distance.
The closest metro station from the hotel is Nicollet Mall station on both the blue and green lines.

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis has three dining venues, Mara Restaurant and Bar is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant that features Mediterranean cuisine outside breakfast hours; Riva Terrace, an Italian restaurant by the pool, and Socca Café, a Mediterranean café and bakery.

Conrad Nashville opened on 29 June 2022, and the hotel is the first luxury brand from Hilton to open in Music City.
Location
Located near the intersection of Broadway and West End Ave in midtown Nashville, Conrad Nashville is close to a range of dining options and walking distance to attractions such as the Music Row, and Frist Art Museum.
The nearest airport to the hotel is Nashville International Airport (BNA) which is a fifteen minute drive away.

The first resort from Marriott’s portfolio on the Greek island of Paros, Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paros opened its doors on 22 June 2022.

Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paros is situated in the whitewashed village of Naoussa, one of the most popular destinations on the island. The picture-perfect village offers great beaches and clear blue waters, with a winery and many restaurants within a short drive from the resort.

Debuting on 2 June 2022, the opening of The Ritz-Carlton, Amman marks the entry of the Ritz Carlton brand in Jordan. With rooms starting at 61 sqm (646 Sqft), the property has one of the largest hotel rooms in the city.
Location
The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is located in the hotel district, 5th circle, with many of the city’s other luxury hotels also located in the vicinity. Attractions such as Rujm Al-Malfouf, Rainbow Street, and Taj Mall are a short drive away.

Soleil is a farm to table concept while Pool Grill is the property’s poolside restaurant. Welcoming its first guests on 14 June 2022, Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape is the first property under the Banyan Tree Escape branding in Banyan Tree’s portfolio of hotels and resorts. The adult only resort introduces a no walls, no doors concept, intending to allow guests to be in communion with nature.
Location
Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape is situated in the highlands of central Bali, a forty-minute drive from the north of Ubud. Its secluded location offers views of the jungle, mountain peaks, and rice fields and guests can take part in activities such as hiking, biking, and yoga, and immerse themselves in the local culture.
Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is the nearest airport to the resort and is an hour and thirty-five minute drive away.

There is a restaurant and a bar within Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape’s premises. Open Kitchen offers a predominantly plant-based menu focused on local cuisine. The Botanist Bar features cocktails, mocktails, house-made kombuchas, sodas, local ciders, and local beers with some of the ingredients coming from the resort’s garden.

The Langham Gold Coast
The first beachfront luxury property to open in Gold Coast in more than thirty years, The Langham Gold Coast debuted on 23 June 2022, becoming the third Langham property in Australia after The Langham Sydney and The Langham Melbourne.
Location
Housed in the tallest of three Jewel towers by the beachfront; The Langham Gold Coast is located in the main tourist suburb, Surfers Paradise, which provides easy access to the city’s beaches. Being in the main tourist destination of the city also means that numerous restaurants and retail outlets are within easy reach, making the property a good base to explore the city.
The nearest airport from the hotel is Gold Coast Airport (OOL) which is a thirty minute drive away.

The Langham Gold Coast has seven dining venues, of which five of them are currently open. Of the dining venues that are currently operating, Akoya is the hotel’s all-day dining venue and features seafood, various meats, and poultry after breakfast hours. Palm Court is the property’s Afternoon Tea venue and doubles up as a drinking venue in the evenings. Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, and a deli named 26 & Sunny are the other dining venues in the hotel.
The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym as well as a spa which have yet to open.
