Opening its doors on 18 July 2024, InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue marks the debut of the InterContinental brand in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.

Restaurants and Facilities
InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue has two dining venues. Fresco is
the hotel’s all day dining restaurant that is currently the only dining venue
that is open and offers contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine outside
breakfast hours. Ce La Vi Bellevue is a Parisian Bistro that will be opened in
the future.
The hotel has a fitness center, and a spa that will be opening soon.

IHG no longer has a fixed award chart and a reward night starts from 66,000 points.
Raffles Jaipur
Opened on 8 July 2024, Raffles Jaipur is the second Raffles branded property in India.

Restaurants and Facilities
Raffles Jaipur has three dining concepts within its premises. Arkaa serves as the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant while Writer’s Bar offers a variety of cocktails. Safir Atrium Tea & Champagne Lounge is the afternoon tea venue of the hotel.
There is a fitness centre, a spa, and a rooftop infinity pool in the hotel.

Prices start from USD 564 per night (taxes inclusive).
Raffles Jaipur is part of Accor and Accor points can be redeemed in blocks of 2000 points to offset 40 Euros from the bill.
