One of most anticipated hotel openings in Napa Valley, Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley has opened its doors on 1 November 2021 in the town of Calistoga. This is the first resort in Napa Valley and Four Season’s first resort that is set in a working winery.
Location
Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley is located at the northernmost tip of the Napa Valley in the town of Calistoga. The town is known for its mineral-rich waters and natural geothermal hot spring pools. Numerous wineries can also be found in the region.
The resort is a two hours drive north from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Restaurants and Facilities
The resort has two restaurants, TRUSS and Campo Poolside. TRUSS is the resort’s all day dining restaurant featuring the best of Napa Valley cuisine. Campo poolside is an open-air poolside restaurant offering Cal-Mexican poolside favorites.
There are two outdoor pools in the resort, one adult pool and one for families. In addition, there is a 24 hour fitness centre, a spa with eight treatment rooms and indoor steam rooms.
Elusa winery is the winery which the resort is set within. Tasting sessions are available which includes a tour of the vineyard and a couple of tastings.

The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail
The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail has opened on 15 November 2021 after an extensive US$40 million renovation. The resort was previously The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort before being rebranded as The Hythe under The Luxury Collection.
Location
As its name suggests, The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail, is located in the town of Vail, Colorado, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Vail Ski Resort, the largest ski mountain in Colorado is in town and is a popular winter sports destination.
For summer, hiking and mountain biking are some of the popular activities on Vail mountain while Vail Valley offers great rafting opportunities. There are also several golf courses located close to the resort.
The closest airport, Eagle Country Regional Airport is about an hour’s drive away while Denver International Airport is around two and half hour’s drive away from the resort.

The Loutrel has a full service bar, the Veranda Lounge which is also the place where breakfast is served. The hotel’s rooftop terrace provides another option for guests to unwind and guests can choose to have their cocktails and small bites from Veranda Lounge sent there.

After a five year complete renovation, Le Guanahani St Barth has reopened on 16 November 2021 under the Rosewood brand. Spreading over 18 acres, the resort is the island’s largest hotel and only full service resort.

Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth is located on a private peninsula on the island of Saint-Barthélemy. Marechal Beach and Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon can be found on the peninsular where guests can participate in a variety of water sports and activities. The capital, Gustavia is a fifteen minutes drive away while Rémy De Haenen Airport can be reached by car in about ten minutes.

The Reykjavik EDITION
The Reykjavik EDITION has opened with much anticipation in the capital of Iceland with a soft opening on 9 November 2021. This marks the debut of the EDITION brand in Iceland and is part of the Marriott’s growing EDITION portfolio.
Location
The Reykjavik EDITION is located on Reykjavik’s old harbour and is close to the city centre. This area is where many of the cruise tours depart and is steps away from the main shopping street, Laugavegur.
A number of tourist attractions can be found nearby and that includes the Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre, Reykjavik Art Museum, and Hallgrimskirkja just to name a few.
The hotel is an hour’s drive from Keflavík International Airport.

Habitas AlUla
Debuting in Saudi Arabia, Habitas AlUla opened its doors on 1 November 2021 and this marks Habitas’s first foray in the Middle East.
Location
Situated in Ashar Valley, near the city of Al-’Ula, the resort blends into the surrounding desert and offers a great view of the sandstone cliffs and desert. Activities that guests can enjoy include canyon trekking, stargazing, buggies UTV tours and camel riding.
Several tourist attractions are nearby and they include the old town of Al-’Ula, Jabal Alil (Elephant Rock), Mahib Al Naaqa and Jabal Ikmah. The famous Madain Saleh, a UNESCO world heritage site is a short twenty mins drive away.

The Dubai EDITION is located in downtown Dubai, which is the city’s tourism hub. The hotel is opposite The Dubai Mall and is close to tourist attractions such as Burj Khalifa, and The Dubai Fountain.
The closest metro station is Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall station. Despite having a direct walkway to Dubai Mall, the metro is actually quite a distance’s walk away, so it might be better to get around by taxi or bus.

W Xiamen, designed by leading hospitality design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates has opened on 2 November 2021.
Location
W Xiamen is located at the east business district of Xiamen on Xiamen island. Being in the business district, the hotel is not close to major tourist attractions which are mostly found at the Siming district and Gulangyu Island. Having said that W Xiamen is a short walk away from Yundang Lake and Bailuzhou Park, which has a large group of restaurants in the area.
